  Deputy King tried bullying me by telling me that a No Trespassing sign had been in place when he accused me of trespassing. I stood my ground and told him he was mistaken which he was. I live across the street from the phantom sign. I just compared a photo I took a month ago. There is no sign in the picture as Deputy King insisted even stretching the truth by saying he drives the road frequently. Today was the first time I seen him on the road in 3 months. In fact normally there is only 1 or 2 vehicles a day that pass my home on this road. He commanded me not to argue with him even threatening me with arrest to make his point but the fact is he is wrong and quite possibly a liar as well. The "No Trespassing" sign is a moot issue anyway as the road I supposedly trespassed on has an easement for anyone to pass and has a 50' set back for the utility poles. If he had arrested me it would have been a false arrest and he would have made a fool of himself even more so than he has by threatening to arrest me over trying to clear an old vehicle that obstructs my view that has been left there for the past 15 years and itself is located on the set back probably illegally despite the fact the farmer owns the surrounding land. This farmer has his immediate yard around his home turned into a major junk yard piled all the way up to the edge of the road. When I first saw it I was appalled at the sight and amazed that the county/state would allow such a potentially disastrous accumulation of junk and toxins piled so close to a road even if he does own the the land. I suppose the farmer is so used to the look of his home being a junk yard that he and Deputy King feel he has the right to destroy my view of the Beautiful Snake River Plain. Deputy King thinks his badge makes him right about anything. He's lucky he didn't arrest me because my Attorney would have mopped the courtroom floor with him. Deputy King is also too jumpy and has a trigger finger why else would he threaten a 57 year old man with arrest over this. When I called the Sheriff's office I spoke to one of the deputies there explained the incident and he had a laugh over it. Come on Deputy King I'm not a murderer, bank robber or rapist. But my neighbor is the biggest slob in Richfield. So much so you can see the environmental disaster he is responsible for creating from space. You can Google Earth it and see how this farmer has probably caused more environmental harm in his immediate area as all of Twin Falls has. Destroying the environment is illegal Deputy King why don't you arrest this guy if you are so anxious to incarcerate people. That was a rhetorical statement Deputy maybe you could help enforce these laws if you are bored and have no villains to chase down.
